Before 20 Weeks:

Purchase your pre-pregnancy size. This will see you through your pregnancy and grow with your belly.

After 20 Weeks:

Size up one size to accommodate your growing bump.

Also Size Up:

• Size up If you are borderline between two sizes or not quite sure what size you are.
• Size up If you are carrying multiples.
• Size up If you know you gain weight in your pregnancies (second time moms) or feel you have gained a lot of weight.
