(or two) ? ?Now onto today's exercise:'Side lying leg presses' - Great for all, pregnant or not. 1⃣ lying on your side start with your knees bent & top leg slightly rotated towards the ceiling. 2⃣ exhale as you press your top leg out & away from you, be sure to press through your heel & squeeze your butt! 3⃣ inhale to bend your top knee back toward your bottom knee. 4⃣ Do 10 to 20 reps then switch sides.
