The truly luminous Amanda Watters of Mama Watters Blog finds peace in her faith and in meaningful reflection. It's a great treat to see her in our Tallulah collection.
i feel like the moment i fell into my third trimester, my body remembered that i was pregnant • not just physically with the belly button popping, penguin waddle, and braxton hicks contractions, but emotionally too • all the worry that accompanies premature labor that we've had in the past and the reality that many things are out of my control • this has pointed me in some verses i scribbled down months ago, when i felt such anxiety and was in search of peace • 'who of you by worrying can add a single hour to your life?...'therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. each day has enough trouble of its own.' matthew 6:25-34 • for the rest of this pregnancy i'll be turning worry into prayers of thankfulness and taking it ever so slowly • it's in His beautiful hands ? #backtomybelabumbum @belabumbum
