Ah, 'me time.' Often it feels impossible, but as Jimmy reminds me, 'take what you need.' I forget to take what I need when I need it. I wait until I'm beyond needing it and instead I'm desperate for it. I feel the drowning in water, not enough air, I'm not going to make it desperation and it's just not necessary! It truly isn't. Another lesson learned is this: Ten minutes here and there is better than none at all because I'm waiting until I can get a few hours for myself. When you're so busy and so tired it's about finding the quality over the quantity and just taking it. It's mine, it's yours. Our time is ours. (My nursing/pregnancy bra and robe are by @belabumbum and I wish I could live in them. #backtomybelabumbum ) ?: @jimmyaceino
