Ah, 'me time.' Often it feels impossible, but as Jimmy reminds me, 'take what you need.' I forget to take what I need when I need it. I wait until I'm beyond needing it and instead I'm desperate for it. I feel the drowning in water, not enough air, I'm not going to make it desperation and it's just not necessary! It truly isn't. Another lesson learned is this: Ten minutes here and there is better than none at all because I'm waiting until I can get a few hours for myself. When you're so busy...
Week 2: People say to sleep when your baby is sleeping- I still can't do that. I'm working while she's sleeping and I get to ask her why she's up all night + get 3 hours of sleep. Not going to lie- days seem long and time seem to go by fast. I'm not complaining, but sometimes, I feel like a cow. Milk anyone? ? At least I get to lounge around in the super soft + comfy @belabumbum robe and shorts and spend time with Indie Rey + work from home. That is luxury. ?...
I will officially be #39weeks tomorrow. So excited to soon hold my precious little man. ?
