This pose has two parts—inhaling and sweeping the arms behind you as you lift the chest, and then exhaling and rounding the upper back as the backs of the hands touch. It is another wonderful pose for opening through the upper back and chest, which can become tight and constricted as baby grows and the added weight taxes the mid and upper-back muscles.
