Sleep Aids for Tired Mamas

A good night’s sleep is a rare commodity once kids come into the equation. Even though days can be hectic and exhausting for mamas, it’s often still difficult to actually fall asleep when you finally get to bed. We find ourselves worrying about the kids, stressing about work, and planning the future. On top of that, a sleepless baby or little one who fights bedtimes can really wear you down. All of this can take away from our precious beauty rest.

We’ve pulled together some of our favorite ways to help mamas get some much needed Z’s.

Dream On- There’s a supplement for everything right now….but what most mamas need is SLEEP :) We’d love to try Something for Dreaming and Sleep Drops — both natural, plant based options from Shen Beauty. (Just be sure to check with your doctor first if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding.)

Slip in some zzzs- Try sneaking in a mid-afternoon nap with this super luxe silk eye mask.

Add some ambiance- This is the prettiest diffuser for your nightstand - we love a blend of Lavender, Frankincense and Tangerine oils to drift off to sleep with.

Write your way to relaxation-Journaling can seem intimidating, but spending 5 minutes before bed actually seems achievable with this beautiful journal.

Hydrate-Have you tried a sleep mask for your lips? They are a game changer especially during the cold, dry winter months.

Sip a soothing cup-There’s no better way to wind down the day than with a hot cup of comforting tea. Materna-Tea is perfect for the first trimester.

Slip into something comfy-Our ultra cozy robes are perfect for middle of the night feedings and slow mornings at home.
