Exercise is at the top of experts' lists for maintaining your mental wellbeing during the COVID-19 lockdown. We originally shared this post with at-home exercises for postpartum mamas in mind, but with all of us now hunkering down at home, we updated the original post with workout and wellbeing resources to help all mamas get their glow on at home. 

Put on your workout gear and find a workout you love. It'll be good for you and good for your family!

Kristin McGee is a celebrity yoga instructor who teaches on the Peloton App, which is now available for a 90-day free trial. 

Sarah Fit has a great assortment of videos for pregnancy and postpartum too and even mommy & me fitness routines you can do with baby - all on YouTube!

Melanie Darnell's, aka Fit Momma 4 Three, inspiring Instagram feed is filled with workouts you can do from home. 

Our friend Michelle Cohen, a doula, yoga instructor and owner of Savor It Studios in Washington, DC is offering "Resilience Yoga Moms" every Sunday via Zoom. Learn more here.

The Balanced Life is a pilates program you can do from the comfort of your own home and there’s also an active community to join.

Momma Strong is devoted to helping mamas get fit, offering three different programs online from pregnancy through postpartum and beyond.

Fitness Blender offers a ton of free programs for all fitness levels!

Aaptiv is an app you download to your phone which allows you to take trainer-led classes from your home - there are programs specifically designed with moms in mind. 

Nancy Anderson’s Ab Rehab program specifically targets your abdominals which may have separated during pregnancy with a 4-phase workout program.
