You have the motivation — but you also have a newborn, a long list of to-dos and the thought of leaving for the gym seems impossible. Luckily, you can kick-start your postpartum workout routine from the comfort of your own home. So put on your workout gear and squeeze in a workout during baby’s nap or right after you put her down to bed.
